When I first started going to this Carwash everything was great. This one particular day I guess the Carwash chose to act up and scratched and dented my car door. I approached the situation nice no attitude or nothing. They responded back saying they don’t see how the Carwash did this to my car and not anyone elses” car. Told me that I would have to go through my insurance are you kidding me it’s very unprofessional. I just wanted my door fixed I didn’t ask for money I just want my door fixed. You can clearly see my car wasn’t like this before hand on the camera. Will never come back

I had good experiences with this car wash until my side mirror cover was knocked off while going through the wash tunnel. There was nothing wrong with my mirror beforehand, and the damage occurred through no fault of my own. Cameras were there to capture everything. When I spoke with the manager, I was told they likely would not be responsible for the damage, but they also said they would take my information and follow up with me in a few days after reviewing the incident. Unfortunately, I never received a phone call, email, or any other form of communication. I also never heard back from the person on shift Eric, or anyone else from the business. The lack of communication and accountability was extremely disappointing. Customers should not be left paying out of pocket for damage that occurs while using the facility as intended. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

This is, without a doubt, one of the best car washes I've ever used. The staff is professional, the facility is clean and well-maintained, and my vehicle always comes out looking fantastic. What really sets this place apart, though, is Erik. He is an outstanding employee who goes above and beyond to make every customer feel welcome. He's friendly, approachable, and always has a positive attitude. It's clear that he genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, and that kind of dedication is hard to find these days. A great business is built on great people, and Erik is a perfect example of that. I'll definitely keep coming back and highly recommend this car wash to anyone looking for excellent service and a spotless vehicle.

For an automatic car wash, it did the job as I expected. I did the $15 wash without “lava”, and it did a nice job. Compared to other automatic washes in the area, price is about the same. I was able to find plenty of open vacuum stalls on a Saturday lunch which was nice and low stress. Everything feels new: vacuum nozzles with great suction, all the spray bottles filled, clean towels (I did need to hunt down some clean towels though). The pavement around the vacuum stalls feels cleaner than other car washes so you aren’t tracking soggy crap back in. None of it has yet to feel worn away like at other car washes. This location takes tap-to-pay which is nice compared to inserting your card. Overall this location edges out other car washes for the same price. I’ll probably frequent this one until a better value arises
